Tony Raphanella is a New England native, born in Massachusetts and raised in New Hampshire, with time also spent living in South Florida.

His background includes supporting companies through major growth, including businesses that scaled from approximately $100 million to more than $700 million in annual revenue. That experience shaped his focus on the financial problems that appear as companies grow: reporting becomes harder to trust, cash flow gets harder to see, and leadership needs better information before making major decisions.

Tony founded Raphanella Accounting & Advisory to help close that gap for founder-led businesses. The firm works with business owners and leadership teams that need more than basic bookkeeping, but are not ready to hire a full-time controller.

The goal is simple: help businesses understand what their numbers are really saying and use that information to make better decisions.
